London operating arm of a major UK Retail bank

Risk management assessment and identification of critical processes for Y2K testing. Management of end to end testing. Completion of associate project documentation utilising prince 2 methodology.

Intermediary between the wealth management division & its retail bank technology arms on system integration and data migration issues during transfer of bank records to the acquiring bank systems. Secured the provision of test environments. Supported defect resolution, stakeholder managed delivery of technology changes to legacy wealth management systems.
